As Karabaylı Turizm İnş. Tic. Tarım ve Hayvancılık A.Ş., we would like to inform you, prioritizing your safety and the protection of fundamental rights and freedoms, especially the privacy of private life, about the "Law on the Protection of Personal Data".

Pursuant to the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), which came into effect on April 7, 2016, if you share your personal data with us in order to benefit from our services, our company, as the Data Controller, may obtain, record, store, update, reorganize your personal data, disclose, transfer, share it with third parties to the extent permitted by legislation, and process it in other ways as outlined in the law.

The purposes and legal reasons for processing your personal data are: to provide and maintain our services; to record necessary information such as identity and address to identify the transaction owner; to prepare all records and documents as the basis for processing in electronic or paper form; and to comply with information retention, reporting, and disclosure obligations stipulated by local and international legislation, official institutions, and authorities.

Your personal data is stored in the database of Karabaylı Turizm İnş. Tic. Tarım ve Hayvancılık A.Ş. along with the registration of the application form. Our company may share your personal data with third parties, institutions, and organizations in order to employ you and fulfill the legal requirements related to your employment.

Without prejudice to the cases set out in Article 28 titled "Exceptions" of the KVKK, within the framework of Article 11 of the Law, your rights include: a) to learn whether your personal data is processed, b) if processed, to request information about it, c) to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with this purpose, d) to know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad, e) to request correction if your personal data is incomplete or incorrectly processed, f) to request deletion or destruction of personal data under Article 7, g) to request notification of these actions to third parties to whom your data was transferred, h) to object to any outcome against you arising from analysis by automated systems, and ı) to demand compensation in case of damages due to unlawful processing.

You may exercise your rights from the effective date of the regulation, which is 07.10.2016. We reserve the right to charge you for fulfilling your requests as per the tariff set forth in Article 13 of the KVKK titled “Application to Data Controller”.
