As Side Stella Elite Resort & SPA, our “Sustainable Purchasing Policy” has been established based on the principles and values outlined in all our other policies. During the procurement process, acting in accordance with legal and ethical standards, avoiding the supply of endangered species, ensuring no discrimination based on religion, language, race, gender, sexual orientation, or physical ability in institutions and individuals involved in our operations, prioritizing the rights of supplier and subcontractor employees, promoting local suppliers in line with environmental awareness and economic interest, and requiring suppliers and subcontractors to comply with laws and ethical rules are the core of our purchasing approach. Our goal is to spread and strengthen these practices across the entire supply chain.

To achieve this goal, we expect our suppliers to share these core principles with us and collaborate on the continuous improvement and dissemination of these values. We encourage constructive feedback and the systematic sharing of best practices to ensure continuous improvement.

Our priorities in this regard:

• Ensuring that all operations within our supply chain are carried out in accordance with the law and ethical standards.
• Establishing sincere, honest, respectful, fair, impartial, and transparent business relations with all suppliers without discrimination; ensuring fairness in all procurement activities including supplier selection, and fulfilling our obligations to suppliers on time.
• Creating a culture of sustainable supply chain practices for the environment and society by setting an example in sustainability and corporate social responsibility to stakeholders in our supply chain.
• Encouraging suppliers to collaborate in sharing feedback and best practices to foster continuous improvement.
